Hi, I’m Monique, the new Residential Property Manager here at Premium Real Estate Matakana. I bring a practical, people-first approach to property management, backed by a diverse background that’s given me a solid foundation in both customer service and operational know-how.

Before stepping into this role, I spent a lot of time in office management within the residential real estate world, coordinated learning and development programs for Royal Dutch Shell in The Netherlands, and ran my own successful cleaning business. Each of these roles shaped my attention to detail, strong communication, and drive to get things done, skills I now bring to supporting our property owners and tenants every day.

I believe in keeping things straightforward, being approachable, and building long-lasting connections. When I’m not managing homes, I enjoy keeping fit, delving into creative projects, and discovering new places to visit—whether it's a hidden local gem or somewhere completely new.

I’m genuinely excited to be part of the Premium team here in Matakana, and I look forward to helping make property management feel just that little bit easier and more personal for everyone I work with.
