Gail’s energy, and her ability to connect with others, instil confidence, and develop meaningful, mutually profitable partnerships has seen her succeed across all areas of life. Having lived in the Matakana region for over 20 years, Gail knows the area inside out, appreciates all it has to offer, and loves showing it off every day, as part of her high profile role within the local real estate sector. Her passion for the place, its people, and her profession is infectious. Indeed there’s a warmth, positivity and genuine feel-good factor when you’re around Gail, which clients have said takes the stress out of selling, and turns the whole process into a pleasure.

Before embarking on a career in real estate, Gail attained high-level managerial experience across the retail, hospitality and event sectors. She’s also a graduate from New York’s Sheffield School of Interior Design, and has a healthy obsession for all things fashion, gardening and landscaping (skills that complement her role now, as an agent).

Outside of work, Gail loves sports and the great outdoors, and is “happy on the water, hauling in a catch or earlier in life, getting stuck in on the rugby field”.

Getting stuck in is certainly something Gail is good at. Growing up on a farm in the Waikato, she was taught the value of hard work early on, and adopted her Dad’s philosophy of “if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well”. When asked what drives her, Gail says it’s the joy of putting property and people together. “Getting on with the work, seeing results, and knowing that I’ve played a pivotal part in helping my clients achieve their goals gives me a huge amount of satisfaction.”
