If we could give Deb’s 10 stars we would! We had recently gone unconditional on our home and were down sizing both size and $$$. It’s actually a bit tricky, sold a home you love (it had outstanding views) and trying to find a replacement you will love as much. I contacted Deb’s (had never met her before) to view a house she had listed. It wasn’t the house for us but Deb’s picked up very quickly what we were looking for and what was important to us. She showed us a couple that weren’t quite right, she showed us a couple that I wanted to see. She knew they wouldn’t be the house for us but she never showed any frustration, not the slightest frustrated sigh that we had received from many agents. I just knew from her smile. Deb’s was always available and answered questions day and night.
Deb’s worked tirelessly to find us our new dream home. (We came close twice and missed out). Deb’s never gave up on us.
I didn’t think I was going to like the house we bought but went along to see it as Deb’s had gone to a lot of effort to get us a viewing of the “off market” property. She had it 100% correct! We loved it, saw it on a Sunday again on the Monday and bought it Monday night. Thanks Debs you are amazing. You never gave up on us, you worked your socks off and found us our next dream home. If we ever have to sell, you are the girl for us! Thank you.
