I began marketing properties under the Premium Real Estate brand in 1999 and opened an office for them on Waiheke Island in 2002, subsequently directing some of the island’s largest and most notable property transactions.

My wife and I have lived on Waiheke for over thirty years, enjoying the relaxed and interesting lifestyle that the island offers, and enabling me to fulfil my long-term interests in forest and marine conservation projects on the island. During this time, our three daughters attended Te Huruhi Primary on Waiheke, then Belmont Intermediate and TGS on the Shore.

Although our family roots are set deeply on Waiheke Island, I’m equally passionate about Devonport with its similar qualities of community, scenic beauty and maritime history. Many of my clients own a property in both locations, and some that have moved from Devonport to Waiheke or vice versa. They appreciate the efficiency and benefits of having one real estate professional that understands both markets, and who can assist them in both or either locations.
