With her exceptional listening skills and very real compassion for people, Andi Dawson is an integral member of the dynamic family team at Premium Northland Real Estate. Being a property owner and previously a landlord, Andi understands what it is like to buy and sell your biggest asset and she is here to help you on your journey.

For the past three years Andi has jointly run Coastline Holiday Rentals with Sandy McKenzie, as a Consultant, and has an in-depth knowledge of the uniqueness of our coastal and rural properties and what our special Bream Bay location has to offer everyone. Andi also has a background as a Registered Nurse specialising in Health & Safety and then as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. She has always been involved with people, helping them through monumental stages of their lives and she understands the importance of listening to people and utilising her skills to the best advantage of those she works for.

In her spare time, Andi is a volunteer swimming coach for the Waipu Swim Club, she helps sell second hand school uniforms for the primary school and her family are members of the local Waipu Cove Surf Club. She is very committed to this area and has been for years.
