Renting Your Property

We want the best possible tenant for your property - and we consider this to be the most important duty of our service

  • Fully accompanied inspections of your property with prospective tenants.
  • Tenants are required to complete a detailed application form.
  • Confirmation of current and previous rental references - our policy is to discuss prospective tenants with landlords verbally where possible, to obtain the best overall reference.
  • Confirmation of employment reference.
  • Use of the National Tenancy Data Base to identify tenants who have defaulted with rental payments or breached a previous tenancy agreement.
  • Online Credit Checks as required.

We will contact you with details of suitable applicants so that you can have the final say on who rents your property. We believe it is easier to put a good tenant in, than to get an unsuitable tenant out.

Marketing Your Property

Your property will be placed on New Zealand’s three leading real estate websites: premium.co.nz | trademe.co.nz | realestate.co.nz


Each listing will include photographic images and specific information of the property. We will conduct an unlimited number of private viewings of your property until the property is rented - subject to access provided to us by the current occupants. All property viewings with tenants are conducted by our property managers. We do not give keys to prospective tenants. We will update you on the status of prospective tenants at least once a week.
